近日，新疆中昆新材料年产100万吨煤制乙二醇项目环境影响评价公众参与第二次公示。

项目实施计划：建设周期24个月，计划2026年8月开工，2028年8月建成
Project Implementation Plan: The construction period is 24 months. The project is scheduled to start in August 2026 and be completed in August 2028.
建设内容：项目主要建设年产100万t/a乙二醇生产线1条，主要包含气化装置、净化装置H2/CO分离装置、草酸二甲酯装置、乙二醇装置以及配套公辅设施等。项目建成后年产乙二醇100万t/a。
Construction Content: The project mainly involves the construction of one production line with an annual output of 1 million tons of ethylene glycol. It mainly includes a gasification unit, a purification unit, an H₂/CO separation unit, a dimethyl oxalate unit, an ethylene glycol unit and supporting public and auxiliary facilities. After the completion of the project, the annual output of ethylene glycol will reach 1 million tons.
新疆中昆新材料有限公司，注册资本170000万元，由嘉兴石化有限公司100%出资，中昆新材料年产100万吨煤制乙二醇项目于2025年9月23日在库尔勒市发展和改革委员会备案，备案号:2506-652801-04-05-612886。项目外购粉煤新疆神华黑山供应)，采用先进的煤制乙二醇工艺技术生产乙二醇产品。
Xinjiang Zhongkun New Materials Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 1.7 billion, is 100% funded by Jiaxing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The Xinjiang Zhongkun New Materials' annual 1-million-ton coal - to - ethylene glycol project was filed with the Korla Municipal Development and Reform Commission on September 23, 2025, with the filing number: 2506-652801-04-05-612886. The project purchases powdered coal (supplied by Xinjiang Shenhua Heishan) and adopts advanced coal - to - ethylene glycol process technology to produce ethylene glycol products.
建设规模：项目以煤炭为原料，炭化制备合成气用于生产乙二醇。建设规模为:主产品聚酯级乙二醇100万t/a;副产品乙醇0.65万t/a，轻质二元醇2.5万t/a，重质二元醇0.65万t/a，一级品DMC3.15万t/a，98%硫酸5.50万t/a。
Construction Scale: The project uses coal as the raw material and produces syngas through carbonization for ethylene glycol production. The construction scale is as follows: the main product is polyester - grade ethylene glycol with an annual output of 1 million tons; by - products include ethanol of 6,500 tons per annum, light glycols of 25,000 tons per annum, heavy glycols of 6,500 tons per annum, first - grade DMC of 31,500 tons per annum and 98% sulfuric acid of 55,000 tons per annum.
