10月30日，华锦阿美精细化工及原料工程项目500万吨/年渣油加氢、20万吨/年丁二烯抽提装置同日实现机械竣工，目前32套生产装置已机械竣工23套，建设总进度已超过88%。
On October 30th, the 5 million tons/year residue hydrotreating unit and 200,000 tons/year butadiene extraction unit of the Huajin Aramco Fine Chemicals and Feedstock Project successfully achieved mechanical completion simultaneously. Up to now, 23 out of the 32 production units have completed mechanical construction, with the overall project progress exceeding 88%.

项目开工以来，建设团队始终做好计划统筹，紧盯“设计、采购、施工”三条主线，持续优化工作流程、加强沟通协作，针对设备吊装、交叉作业等难点问题，制定了细致的施工方案。各参建单位高效联动，全体建设者密切配合，为项目顺利推进提供了有力保障。
Since the project kick-off, the construction team has maintained rigorous planning and overall coordination, focusing on the three core lines of "design, procurement, and construction". It has continuously optimized workflows, strengthened communication and collaboration, and formulated detailed construction plans for key challenges such as equipment hoisting and cross-operation. All participating units have achieved efficient linkage, and all constructors have closely cooperated, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the project.
特别是在冲刺收尾的关键阶段，公司党委强化党建引领，开展党建引领·百日攻坚“麦芒行动”，领导班子科学统筹，制定攻坚措施安排，班子成员深入一线靠前指挥、调度协调，基层支部充分发挥战斗堡垒作用，党员突击队持续奋战在施工现场，为项目攻坚冲刺做出重要贡献。在渣油加氢装置，党员带队日夜奋战在项目现场，突击完成了仪电设备安装和防火涂料施工等收尾工作；在丁二烯抽提装置，党员突击队主动承担最复杂的工艺管线试压等任务，保障了施工进度与质量安全全部受控。广大党员在急难险重任务面前挺身而出、率先垂范，以实际行动将党旗插在项目攻坚的最前线。
Especially in the critical final sprint phase of Residue Hydrotreating Unit, the Party Committee of the company strengthened Party building leadership, launched the "Wheat Awn Action" – a 100-day campaign for tackling key tasks under Party guidance. The leadership team made scientific overall plans and formulated key task measures; team members went deep into the frontline for on-site command and coordination. Grassroots Party branches fully played their role as fighting fortresses, and Party member commando teams continued to fight at the construction site, making important contributions to the project's final sprint. In the residue hydrotreating unit, Party members led teams to work day and night on the project site, successfully completing the final work such as instrumentation and electrical equipment installation and fireproof coating construction. In the butadiene extraction unit, Party member commando teams took the initiative to undertake the most complex tasks such as process pipeline pressure testing, ensuring that the construction progress, quality, and safety were fully controlled. A large number of Party members stepped forward and took the lead in facing urgent, difficult, dangerous, and arduous tasks, inserting the Party flag at the forefront of the project's key challenges with practical actions.
此次两套装置的高质量机械竣工，是华锦阿美党建引领与项目建设中心工作深度融合的生动实践。下一步，全体建设者将继续保持昂扬斗志，深入开展党建引领·百日攻坚“麦芒行动”，向着全面完成年度目标持续迈进。
The high-quality mechanical completion of the two units of butadiene extraction unit & residue hydrotreating unit, this time is a vivid practice of the in-depth integration of Party building leadership and the core project construction work of Huajin Aramco.
