山东炼化转型加速,各条赛道各显神通

时局所迫,山东炼化产业正步入转型快车道,各企业也是凭借独特优势,在不同赛道上奋力突围。

The transformation of the refining industry in Shandong is accelerating because of the forced circumstances, and each company is striving to find its own unique path in different directions.

 

在炼化一体化升级层面,大型炼化项目走出了差异化技术路线。齐鲁石化投资244.93亿元推进鲁油鲁炼技改项目,新建年产100万吨乙烯装置及配套工程,将汽煤柴油收率从50.7%降至39.89%,实现乙烯原料的自给自足。该项目着重布局年产62.5万吨高端碳材料、20万吨离子膜烧碱,并副产燃料电池氢等高附加值产品。项目建成后,将成为国内首个实现炼化与氢能协同发展的绿色智能示范基地。

In the upgrading of refining and chemical integration, large-scale refining and chemical projects are presenting differentiated technical routes. Qilu Petrochemical invested 24.493 billion yuan to implement the Lu Oil Lu Refining technical transformation. It newly built an ethylene plant with an annual output of 1 million tons and supporting projects, reducing the yield of gasoline, kerosene and diesel from 50.7% to 39.89%, and achieving self-sufficiency of ethylene raw materials. The project focuses on the layout of 625,000 tons of high-end carbon materials per year, 200,000 tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda per year, and high-value-added products such as by-product fuel and battery hydrogen. After completion, it will become the first green and intelligent demonstration base for the coordination of refining and hydrogen energy in China.

 

东明石化投资738亿元的炼化一体化项目,则将油化比从5:5优化至3:7,配套建设包括年产220万吨PXEVAPOSM36套高端化工装置,全力构建从原油到高分子新材料的完整产业链。

Dongming Petrochemical's 73.8 billion yuan refining and chemical integration project has optimized the oil-chemical ratio from 5:5 to 3:7, and built 36 sets of high-end chemical units including 2.2 million tons per year of PX, EVA, and POSM. It focuses on creating a complete industrial chain from crude oil to high-molecular new materials.

 

新材料领域也成为转型攻坚的主战场,头部企业纷纷构建起特色鲜明的产品矩阵。万华化学依托烟台和眉山两大生产基地,搭建起聚氨酯材料、高性能工程塑料、半导体材料、生物降解材料四大产品体系。随着7.5万吨TPU39万吨PC等在建产能陆续投产,其在细分市场的竞争优势将进一步巩固。

Wanhua Chemical relies on the dual bases in Yantai and Meishan to construct four major product systems including polyurethane materials, high-performance engineering plastics, semiconductor materials, and biodegradable materials. With the construction of 75,000 tons of TPU and 390,000 tons of PC production capacity, it strengthens its advantages in the sub-sector.

 

滨化集团积极推进"北坤计划",碳三碳四综合利用项目已实现年产60万吨丙烷脱氢制丙烯的产能目标,规划中的环氧丙烷联产装置更将延伸出74.2万吨甲基叔丁基醚产能。

Binzhou Chemical Industry Group promotes the "Beikun Plan". Its comprehensive utilization project of C3 and C4 has realized the production of 600,000 tons of propylene from propane dehydrogenation per year. The planned co-production plant of propylene oxide will extend to a production capacity of 742,000 tons of methyl tert-butyl ether.

 

东明石化通过建设HDPELDPE等装置,重点攻关茂金属聚乙烯、多峰薄膜专用料等进口替代产品;配套建设的30万吨UPC科技试验项目,更是在原油直接制化学品领域开展前沿探索。

Dongming Petrochemical, through the construction of devices such as HDPE and LDPE, focuses on breaking through imported substitute products such as metallocene polyethylene and multi-modal film special materials. The supporting 300,000-ton UPC scientific and technological test project has carried out frontier exploration in the field of direct production of chemicals from crude oil.

 

此外,氢能综合利用与产品高端化已成为推动行业转型的两大强劲引擎。齐鲁石化在改造过程中,配套建设年产0.54万吨的纯氢装置,氢气纯度达到燃料电池用氢标准。滨化石化投资200亿元的新旧动能转换项目,聚焦溴化丁基橡胶、高性能聚丙烯树脂等特种材料,并凭借KCOT催化裂解制丙烯技术,实现干气资源的高效利用。利华益集团的碳三产业链产值已突破百亿元大关,通过开发差异化产品,成功构筑起坚实的市场竞争壁垒。

In addition, the comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy and the high-endization of products have become the dual engines of transformation. Qilu Petrochemical has built a pure hydrogen plant with an annual output of 5,400 tons during the transformation, and the purity of hydrogen meets the standard for hydrogen used in fuel cells. Binzhou Petrochemical's 20 billion yuan new and old kinetic energy conversion project focuses on special materials such as brominated butyl rubber and high-performance polypropylene resin. Its KCOT catalytic cracking technology for propylene production has realized the efficient utilization of dry gas resources. The output value of the C3 industrial chain of Lihuayi Group has exceeded 10 billion yuan, and it has formed a market competition barrier through the development of differentiated products.
